Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
These terms govern your use of LFS Harbor (lfsharbor.com), operated by Binary Pulsar Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), registered at 13 Freeland Park, Poole, BH16 6FA, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use LFS Harbor. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
The service
LFS Harbor provides a hosted Git LFS server. When you purchase a licence, you receive an access token that allows your Git client to authenticate with our server for a single repository. Your files are transferred directly between your Git client and your own cloud storage bucket — they do not pass through our infrastructure.
We provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the service is at your own risk.
Licences
Each licence grants access to the service for one repository. Licences are non-transferable — you may not sell, assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your access token or licence to any third party.
You are responsible for keeping your access token secure. Do not share your token or commit it to a public repository. Any activity carried out using your token is your responsibility. If you believe your token has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@lfsharbor.com.
Payment and refunds
Licences are sold as one-time purchases, processed by Paddle, our payment provider. All prices are as displayed at the time of purchase.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. Refund requests made after 30 days will not be accepted except where required by applicable law.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining and securing your own cloud storage bucket and credentials
- Any costs charged by your cloud storage provider
- Keeping your access token confidential
- Ensuring your use of the service complies with all applicable laws
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Binary Pulsar Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including but not limited to data loss, loss of revenue, or loss of business.
Since your files are transferred directly to your own storage bucket and never handled by our infrastructure, we accept no liability for any loss, corruption, or unauthorised access to your stored files.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your licence.
Service continuity and discontinuation
If we decide to discontinue LFS Harbor, we will provide at least 12 months' notice via email to all active account holders and via a notice on the website. No refunds will be issued beyond the 30-day window described above.
Changes to the service and these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice on the site. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We may also modify or discontinue features of the service at any time. Where possible, we will give reasonable advance notice of significant changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
